I got burnt out on Avanti, so a change would incline me to go there and play. The only time I connect to it, is when there are a ton of regs on.... and that is rare.

Not to point out the pink elephant in the room, but sacreligious is mispelled. (I had to look it up too

)

I like a variaty of vaulve maps because I know them. I would be alright with custom maps, I would just have to d/l them and play them on a lan game to become familiar with them.

There is also a word "sacrilegious". Which implies and act of sacrilage has taken place.

But, I'm not sure which one would be used in the said question.

Avanti is what originally brought us all together....you can't change that. Server is empty most of the time though and i cant figure out why. But Avanti only must stay, for it is sacre-something.

Of those that are voting to keep it all avanti...how many of you play there anymore ? I try, but it seems to be impossible to get more than 6 people on it anymore. Every once in a while it fills up with regs for a map or 2 then whoosh...back to 6 or less. I have always been against changing the map rotation...but what else can be done to get it filled up again ?

Was just there last night telling Merf how nice it was to have all avanti back. It be nice to see more regs there.

I voted Yes,

I was there last night, all be it for a short while because I'm having lag problems. I don't think its the server, actually I know its not the server (before Danno, MErf and silver get on my case). however I have to wonder with all the extra mods its running now its not helping. The only reason I say this is because there was a time when TV1 was running with less on it and I had a reasonable ping for a dial-up connection.

As time has gone by, with all the updates that TFC has had, my ping time has greadually declined, its almost reached the stage where its impossible to play, its one of the reasons that you will rarely see me on line right now..

A new graphics card, faster CPU, bit of extra ram and cable connection are the only ways that my ping times will improve now.

i try to get on the ville 1 as much as possible. I like avanti but when the server is empty well then i'm not going to connect and wait there 30 minutes before some other players join. I almost have no time to play and when i then have to wait 30 minutes before somebody connects...................
