I don't think Icarus had any wings left by the time he came down lol.  Didn't they burn up or something?

they were made of wax so when he flew to close to the sun they melted....

And I can tell you are a n00b by reading your sig Hehe, just joking. But seriously, you need to host the image online before you can link to it. You can't link to images on your hard drive. I wish I could refer you to a good free image hoster, but I just started paying for mine. There was a post about a good sig hoster, but that is only for sigs. I guess it would work for your purposes.
Errr, wait... <TVB>Black Knight-V$- right? Don't V$ get free webspace? Ignore me if I am just talking out of my ass.

yeah.... you can get a free 1MB account. i got 2 or 3 now... just with bobins 161, bobins 162, bobins 163.  all you need is a different e-mail addy and you can sign up for more than one.
