| HLTV is like spectator mode on steroids. Someone can connect there HLTV proxy to a game server then others can connect to the proxy and watch what is happening on the server. |

good points on that and it can be used for training purposes on what mistakes people need help in.. that is if my guess is correct it is basically also used for ogl = open gaming league or sta and tfl matches? hope this has helped some on your questions..? and if u need anything more just pm somebody about it maybe they can help you out |
