Got Wood? - Win a membership!

It's been done before, and done well - Props to BRN, but I'm here to up the ante:

I'm starting a Got Wood? contest. All this weekend I will be playing incognito. The person thet gets the most frags on me will qualify for a 3-month Silver Membership!

But that's not all!!!....

My incognito names will be based on a common theme. The person that figures out what that theme is and PM's me first will also qualify for a Silver Memebership!

That's right folks - 2 Memberships up for grabs this weekend!

So its pretty simple: play like you normally would and on Sunday night, I'll announce the person who has the most frags. If that person is not a forum member, and doesn't claim the prize, we'll move down the list. If the winner already has a membership, they have the option of donating the prize to a worthy candidate (maybe one of the younger, poorer players

), or donating the money to the Ville.

At that time, I'll also announce who, if anyone, has guessed the theme behind my aliases. I have no idea if this is going to be easy, or tough. I'm going to try to make it as tough as possible

There is a slight wrinkle: I will be awarding frags to people who do the things that IMO make the Ville great. Here are some examples, but not the complete list:

Saying Hi to people when they enter the game: +1 frag
Taking time to spanner/medkit someone on D: +1 frag
Avoiding the bag at the top of Avanti so the engy gets it: +2 frags
Calling n00b's idiots: -5 frags
Spontaneous CBAR war: +3 frags
Tossing a nade into a CBAR war: -3 frags
Violating rule 1: DQ

Granted, I can't be everywhere, and I'll miss a lot of stuff in the heat of the action, but if I catch someone being cool, they'll get bonus frags. If I catch someone being an idiot they'll get penalty frags.

I'm going to try to keep an eye out today, so this contest may be won by bonus frags. TPF people!

Now that is a great idea Wood. Gonna be a little tough keeping track but go for it, it's well worth it. Frag on villuns and beat the Wood, er, I mean doh.
