WOW!! Look at this speedrun on Epicenter, this guy capped the flag in 9 seconds!!!!

He gets flag, primes grenade, runs out door, hhs to ladder, runs a bit further and then hh's right onto cp in one, and in the faster one he runs out (hh primed) concs to near red respawn exit, and then hh's over wall onto cp. |

that guy is incredible. 2 jumps in 9 seconds and capping the flag. I had too look at it twice to believe it.
