No, it's not. A *Y* in sign language is made by keeping all fingers bent down with the exception of the pinky and the thumb.

well i did ahve a piece of plexi glass sitting on top for perepective, so the thumb is kinda outward turned. also, the index finger looks off to me, but its curled up and the tip was on the p[lexi. also my thumbs don't bend straightr, the bend down at an angle... i blame video games. but its off tos chool for me , see yah alter
[edit there is also a part of the background i forogt to edit out in photoshop, cleaning up all that extra graphite and such. make sme look liek i ahve webbed thumbs, lol]
