Today I got banned from Epix UT2003 forum, after one post...

To make a long story short, a friend of mine tried a funny scheme to get dumb UT2003 players to send him their CDkey by e-mail. THis went to the attention pf Epix, who took measure to counter him. They actually made a good job of it.

Now, ppl on the forum where saying a lot of things about my friend, not very kind things to say the least.... and that is where I came in.

I simply mentionned that all of them calling names to my friend were probably all guilty of having ripped mp3s on their hard disk, or having tried pirated games in their past (which IMO is the pure truth). Maybe the moderator didn't like to be included in the lot, as I was banned instantly "Here at Epix we take piracy matters seriously".

I would like to get a look at his hard drive though...

Lol, maybe it was the wrong place to say something like that, but I still think banning me was going very far for a simple statement like that

I understand that what my friend did was incorrect, but "He who never sinned" in that case apply IMO. Anyway I would never have been a regular of that forum, as I do not play UT2003.
