I can't seem to get my fonts to work for a project I'm working on. Anyone know who to install fonts properly on Windows ME? |

I've tried that. They're even in the folder, but the fonts aren't being acknowledged by any of the programs that use text. |

my friends comp had a problem like that, the only font he had was photoshop large, and it was rediculous- it was becasue his printer could only print that font, so thats the only one that showed up...uninstallign the printer fixed it i think _________________

Start\Control Panel\fonts
All your new fonts need to be placed in that folder. Otherwise...you're just spinning your wheels. |

Make sure that you have the current serv pack. There is a font issue loading and crashing the sys on ME.

Like Snaggle said, open your Control Panel and then open Fonts. That will open a new window that shows all you fonts. Click File and then click Install New Font... That will open a new window that will allow you to select the font to install.
The instructions are pretty much the same for all Windows, of course as a** backwards as ME is , it just might be different. _________________
