I haven't been very happy lately while playing TFC. In fact TFC seems to be making things worse at times for me when I am already unhappy. I haven't been too happy period. Things have been that way for me. If you see me in game and I am being unhappy/saying I suck. That is just because I haven't been feeling too happy and dieing all of the time hasn't helped while in game. I have tried taking a break, went server hopping for a couple of days, then stopped really playing for a while, then just went to the private server to goof around, then came back. Nothing has helpped me. So I am sorry if I may make someone upset by myself saying things like I suck.

Borg... attitude is very important...I know it sounds weird and you may fight against it. so start small. look for the good things, the simple things.
things that are good to you. for me its the taste of watermelon...fresh crisp cool sweet, lifes problems and pains are worth it if I can get or at least enjoy the though of it every once in a while. Good weather or a pretty girls face... or a childs laugh...they are all beautiful and worth enjoying.
Its the little things that get us through the hard times, the daily grinds,
life is full of them and we all share there load.

try not to be to hard on yourself. todays problems may not even be tommorows thoughts.

This works for lots of things, you are how you feel. if you feel upbeat you will, if not you wont.

positive attitude is the key...but it is not an overnight achievement, you have to live it and expess it to yourself in different ways till you are comfortable with the thought process.

we all have up and down cycles where we are more prone to negative thoughts then others. So dont worry if you are feeling down. Just keep thinking of positive things and try to find the silver lining and I hope you will find a balance.

Just do it the sleazy way and drown ur sorrows , But seriously I hope things start lookin up for ya I havent been very happy per say at theville lately ethier it seems no one plays for fun anymore and they take the game 2 serious like were playin leagues or something and i get frustrated i found way works for me is to just go to a server and take my frustration out on them, sorta like a vaction its a great stress realiver. Just remeber to keep it fun...

Try Pete's Avanti/Dustbowl server. Go the Attacking team and get yourself a few great grenade jump caps. It works for me, especially if I make it, with the flag, over 3 sentry guns with less than 30 seconds remaining. Then I stand up, throw my arms up into the air and say "Ouch, the ceiling is too low".

Im sorry to see you so depressed like this borg. But dont worry about making me unhappy with your mood, I have said this prior, I dont get sad easily. But anyhow, Borg, its time that you did some soul searching. Like Roofcutter said, look around for the simple things. You can take a break from TFC if you want, but here is my advice for your life at the ville. Dont worry about deaths. Borg, trust me, I went through ALOT of deaths. I even went through 4 different classes before finally returning to my old love, pryo. Dont play for stats, I dont even notice deaths anymore. The most important thing is borg, that you not only have fun in TFC, but have fun with TVB. Talk with your peers, we dont care about how you play, its how you really are that counts. Just think about that for a while. If you ever want to talk, I am here for you.

To tell you the truth, i never used to care about deaths, but I think that the general mood about the competition has gotten me to thinking about them, and just makes my mood that much worse than it already is. Thanks for the suggestions, I will try to keep them in mind.

borg i hope you well i dont know how ta put it. humm... solve whatever problems you may have and try and enjoy your time with friends, on the ville and general day to day things.

i completely agree with what roof and kk said. i myself have gone through bad times. not feelin good... basically at one point hatin myself.. not good times at all. but i got over them by, well not lettin the things that were makin me unhappy effect me. and by doing the stuff i enjoy and spending time with the ppl i knew best, well my friends and ppl that made me happy.

i sugest you do somthin similar but i know that ppl get over hard, unhappy times in different ways but its always worth trying.

i hope times get better for ya and you can always chat on msn. whenever you need ta talk ya got loads of ppl here willing including myself.

just flush all that competition thought out of your head, dont worry about diein, have a laugh when playin. thas what i do if i die i die, just have a laugh about it, if i dont then hey .

tongiht's fnf is gonna the hizzy and that should really cheer you up borg.. especially on murderball no one can escape the lynching on that map. What i leik to do is listen to some nice soothing fear factory when i'm upset and that calms me right down, want a taste? click on the link in my sig. i hope you feel better man. maybe more fnf , or anyday night fights are in order?

Usually the more deaths = better because it shows you get into the enemy base faster and more often for offense.
