Sup all, i just bought a Albatron TI4600 GeForce 4 and i seem to have a problem linking my computer to my TV. Does anyone have this problem too or this card too? I installed the correct drivers and configure the N View but yet i only see snow on my TV! I have my VCR on Video and my TV on channel 3 ( my TV is connected to my VCR so as my atenna) and plugged in the cable from my video card to the VCR line in 1! What else am i doing wrong? Their tech support didn't help a bit and their website is useless! Did i get jerked or what? |

Does your card have TV Out, or just TV in? There are variants to the cards, some have S-Video out, others have coax in and out, some have only coax in. |

looking at it, it's only tv out. maybe change the vcr to line? and i think that it can only be from the computer to the tv, not through the vcr.. but i could be wrong. |

Looks like your card is S-Video out...which means you'll have to make sure the S-Video on your VCR is an input, otherwise you'll have to get an adapter to connect it to your TV or VCR. This would allow you to merge the incoming signals from your VCR and computer, or change the S-Video to 3-way RCA cables. You'll still have to route sound to a reciever of some sort though if you use only S-Video. You'll also have to make sure that your card is set to display through your S-Video output. The N-View setup should have that info. Otherwise check out Nvidia's website for additional help. |
