Yeah the not running around in the birthday suit advice is the best, I can just picture me picking up the Tribune and reading in the police beat:
Chicago AP
Chicago Police deputies responded to a call by local residents early sunday morning reporting that an intoxicated male was parading around the neighborhood completly naked. <TVB>FragFailure 29 of Chicago IL, was found at around 3AM on the corner of North Ave and clybourn, after illegedly offering to sell himself at a discount to a uniformed female chicago police officer, he was arrested and taken to cook county jail. The female officer Lt Kelly Kolwachezski, was quoted as saying "its too bad my partner was with me, because thats the best 10 bucks I think I could have ever spent"
<TVB> FragFailure was released on $250 Dollars bond and is schelduled to appear in court on october 13. If convicted he can face a fine of up to $500 dollars and up to 30 days in jail.
