I would be willing to help you learn soldier.They have one of the easier learning curves because they have so much health and armor.I rarely spy anymore or play hw but I could help you out with those too.I have been pubbing alot of late so let me me know I'll play with you pretty much anytime anywhere.

Wow, this shows what TVB is all about. No one else has responded, besides those who hace some kind of connection with TVB. I will be making my mind about what class I will decide to learn first soon, so if anyone else would like to hlep, please feel free to reply.

I was in the same boat as you a while ago. I loved engy, and still do, buts its easy to get bored playing the same strategy all the time, much less the same class.

I switched, and played more HW, and Solly but still on D. It was fun, but frustrating. Then I switched and tried to play more offense. That was a blast! And it's also my recommendation to you.

The first time I actually touched a flag, my heart was racing like crazy. I tried to sneak out of the flag room and got killed. I actually jumped when the solly came around the corner. It was a rush! Now I find that I enjoy defense more than before because I understand offense better.

And I'm not talking offensive engy! Switch to medic (the absolute best choice) or solly or pyro. It will take a lot of practice, but getting good at something new is the most fun (for me anyway)

I don't think you should play pub servers. You're not going to get the help there that you can here. I'm not on very often, but if I am, I will gladly give you pointers and follow/lead you around with suggestions.

I think anyone here will help you, but here is a tip on getting help that I learned while trying to learn medic: Ask someone by name! If I'm in a game and I'm not helping someone, I'm going full speed - fraggin and cappin (well, at least trying to). If you say"Hey, can anyone help me with medic?", you're not going to get the response that you will if you say "Hey WOOD! can you help me with medic?". I'll be only too glad.

Also, get some demos (preferrably HLTV demos) and watch other people play. You won't believe how helpful that is.

O.K. I've rambled enough. If you spot me in game, just ask, and I'll give you all 2.5 minutes of useful info I have

Borg-buddy! I tried to help you, and will continue to, since I basically have the same lame-o 300-400 connection speed as you do! So I can help you at ka-powing guys as Sniper (you saw what I did on turkeyburgers...=D) and nailing those pesky medics as soldier, and maybe capping some flags as medic/scout. So gimmie a call, I'm ready to help anytime!

i find alot help here from some of the tvb members

and some of the regs or from other clans that i have played with in the ville

.. if someone is willing to help me in demo, pyro,hwguy or medic i am willing to learn!! And i couldn't gree more with Bada Bing on soldier it is fun and easy to rjump once u know how

.. and it is great when another team member helps you with a boost up!! either from the scout, medic or soldier even the sniper is great help for a boost up

!!

i find this to be a great tip section and i thank you all for sharing it with me!!

Offensive Pyro can be a handy tool when used in conjunction with Med/Scout and it's FUN. Need anything?

I'd say i'm in the same boat. i got medic down... kinda. so now its off to newer things just to " perfect" my not so apparent skillz see me in game and we can help each other. HELP ME HELP YOU!! I mean, i was able to conc at a 500 ping and i haven't heard anyoen else bragging about that. not that they'd want to or anything...

but ahhh, i'll tag along and throw in my 2 cents on your path to tfc mastery.
