What wrong with you all? I really am starting to think most of you are trying too see how far you all can push it before we toss you all. Then you'll come back anyway with key gens pushing it even farther. Basically ruining anything we have going on here. You guys haven't hit me personally, but some of the things typed in the forums makes me wonder.

1. The Scripts - Yes, Valve says they aren't cheating. However, the last time I checked the Ville was not a serious server. The majority of the server probably doesn't use scripts. I'm not totally against the use of them.

2. Too much knowledge on how to beat the system - I've seen you type openly about beating nemesis detection (refere to Computer's "Magic" comment), key gens, hook.dll chat, and trying to blur the line of cheating and legit. I've seen talk about every hole in our anti-cheating software. I've heard people say that once a player joins eP he suddenly gets better. I could even reference myself that I used to hold my own against Chen/Veil/Cheddar. Now I can barely touch him since he joined eP. I am certainly assuming he is practicing more than he was in TVB or NJK. However, people are drawing their conclusions. The conclusion of most people is that eP is up to "something" based on their actions, chat, and knowledge of what is out there.

3. The Attitude - I'm not sure why some of you act the way you do towards some. Some are openly defiant, challenging at anytime possible.

- JR/SoDum, daring us to ban him
- Tyrant with his talk about TVB
- Kicken being an ass****
- One eP member PM's Rob about our server's holes
- Computer calling out the person who mentioned Tyrant (which was Rob)
- Krayons with his questionable humor about Bada Sr's cpu crashing

I guess the sophomoric humor and attitude seems funny to you all. The rest of the server does not. You guys think that the server is out to get you. You guys are on a shorter leash because you put yourself there. People that aren't trusted or liked do get a shorter leash. I'm not sure how else to put it.

I have to agree with Frag here. I've noticed it but have kept my mouth shut.
I will not mention any names but this is the biggest proof that I have.

I have been playing at The Ville for over a year and have made many friends and everytime one of them joins eP thier attitude with me goes down the toilet and cocky becomes thier middle name. (is there a Ktulu hate club over there?) I have my own theories as to why but I will keep them to myself as well.

I understand the defience part, most of you are teenage boys growing into men and it's natural to defy any type of authority but you should never forget where you came from and who your friends are.

Hmm, I know I am not part of this debate and should not even reply(im probably gonna get a few nastey PM's about this) but please folks, let us try and get along. First of all, I beg of you, if there is no physical proof of someone cheating, then dont bother them about it. Number two, people are gonna dissagree, people may even become vexed with one another, but please, dont let this carry over to others, please. The admins of theville have a job to do, and I understand that it can be VERY stressing(being the former leader of a non-TFC clan myself), please try your best not to anger them, try to co-exist. Now, the eP members are here to have fun, I am quite sure, they most likely dont like to be yelled at, so, if you could, try and keep the fighting and bickering to a minimum. This goes for both sides. I know what I just said may change nothing(I really had no right to reply to this post, I just thought I would try to rectify this situation... please forgive me for my insulence) but please, both theville admins and eP, try and get along. Dont shatter this fragile peace that we have established. Thats my ramblings for now... *prepares for inflammitory mail

Yes, we're all h00rs with bad attitudes just because some certain people provoke other certain people and some other certain people are just plain a-holes. Follow that? I hope so, because I'm not going to be naming anyone unless they just ask for it. And yes, because we practice and play in rather tough matches against even better people and get whooped up on which causes us to get better in the whole, we cheat. We all have keygens even though our keys seem to be same as the last time I checked. We are all h4x0rs. We all use the 1337est of the 1337 scripts even though they do almost nothing for us. As said before the majority of people that speak out against them have never even tried one. Will you still be pure and having fun if you try out a reload script for one game? Besides the constant animations, you'll hardly even notcie and most likely still find yourself pressing the reload key.

Oh yeah, Veil does cheat, he has always cheated just as much as everyone else here has. I played/mulched/practiced with him before and after he joined ep. Did I notice any humongo difference? No....the fact that people can improve seems null and void, so just keep thinking we're all cheaters.

I know some ep people have been on a thin line before, but hey, what goes around comes around, and a bad attitude doesn't just spring out of nowhere and assault everyone. Lots of times I've noticed people pointedly saying something to eP and in turn, ep is normally blamed for the flame war. Some of you regs don't really seem to understand what you're saying at times. Just because you're in a special group and hold a grudge of some kind against others, doesn't make it right to go and flame them for no apparent reason. For those that do that, then grow up and realize that the world does not revolve around you, that you are not the pure, the divine. If anyone wants to feel like this is pointed at them then go ahead and make the assumption, because as I said before I won't be putting names here.

I am in the middle of all this with having friends in eP and also in the ville. I see fault on both sides. On one side, some of eP's attitudes aren't too great but on the other side, they are provoked many times. Saying how scripts are hacks and such. Have I used a script before? Yes. Do I use them anymore? No. I used to have the auto-reload and rj script. Did that make me any less of a player? I don't think so. I bet no one even knew I had them. I got rid of them because I found them to be annoying. To put this whole debate to rest, THEY DO NOT BENEFIT YOU AT ALL, IT IS JUST A MATTER OF PREFERENCE. And Frag, to say that they get better once they join them is not an accurate statement. I have seen eP kick ass but also get their asses kick. League play brings out the best skill in someone. I am considerably better than I was a month ago, same with Veil. Scripts are not bad, most people have no idea what they are and assume its a hack. If you don't believe me, try them yourself, I gurantee it won't make you any better. This BS needs to stop.
