Heh, beat it already. The first jump of concmap_ice is harder than all of tayconc 1, 2, and 3, combined.

Thx for the link.

I have never done any of the Tayconc maps. I guess that's why I suck at conc jumping. I will go practice my skill right away, thanks for the link.

most conc maps are useless in-game. they're just for showing off your leet conc skillz that will never be used on a real map. i mean.. when in the world would you have to do a leet quadruple conc up down over under up the water around the pole in the tiny tunnel conc.

I use them all the time Dahak. I can cap the flag on Acropolis2 without touching the ground!

Icup is one of the harder concmaps IMO. It took me a little bit to beat that. The sticky walls on the vertical jump took me the majority of time to get past.

Concmaps are just for show. However when pulling off the 1337 stunts you get a better grasp of concing that you can use in-game.

Warhammer, where are you starting from??? If you mean to say you can conc from the enemy flagholder to your cap point without aid from gravity or noclip, I will construct a monument of you in my front yard. Although if you mean from the ground UP to your cap that's a different story.

I would base real concing skill by what you can do in-game under pressure of a defense. That's why Revelation>Skillout!

when i began concing last month i didnt do it too wel but now i finished some concmaps and i must say that concing comes in handy in game.

You can outconc the enemy andd like in warpath it's easy to take that last cap if you can conc.

I'd be able to beat most conc maps if it wasn't for the ones that you have to drop down first on. They suck and are totally useless as far as in game goes however. They are my downfall.

Besides in game, if you can HH then you don't need anything else. You can jump farther, higher and no one sees it coming.
