dont have an xbox, but xbox live is what we would call online play, hehe, also it comes with a headset soyou can talk trash to people, only reason i'd get an xbox is halo, halo 2, and dead or

My friend recently purchased an Xbox, and last week we finished Halo. That is one of the best games for a console. Even the multi player is great.

Anyway, I haven't heard much on the "live" aspect of Xbox.

Ugh....console games....the only good ones were the ones on SEGA GENESIS! OMG YES!

beat all the Sonic series and they were awesome! (THe idea of joint console games was revolutionary too (eg Sonic and Knuckles + Sonic3/Sonic2), you dont see that anymore *well duh Ameanman! Everything comes in CDs now

*) Too bad SEGA disbanded, died or something.

Its the perfect console for platformer fans like myself.

I am totally anti-game systems becoming home entertainment centers and online thingees. If I want that stuff, I'll use my PC, I want my console to be just for no frills gaming. And the GC is PERFECT for that.
