Why am I ranked so low???

I have been using name Shaolin Shadow all week. Earlier tonight I was ranked 33. I didn't play that well the rest of the night. (I did get evil engie award though).

. But still I didn't play bad enough to drop to 1600 something. My skill rating is 984 which should put me at around 200 something. I have almost a 1.5 Kill/Death ratio. So why am I ranked so low? The Skill rating of the last guy is only 400 something. Mine is over double that. Can anyone explain....

I don't know if you are joking or not, but I will reply. If you look at the player rankings you would see that the happy medium of skill level here is around 900-1000. Since theVille community of servers appears to be popular, this causes the rankings to be water downed by pure numbers of players. So if you were ranked 33 at the start of the week when only so 100 or so players had played then it would be easy to understand that by the mid week that a thousand plus players would lower your ranking if you had not played well enough to increase your ranking. Most players towards the top that stay there usually play with good kill-deaths ratio 50 plus to 10 minus on a constent level.

Actualy as of 7:00 on Wednesday server time you are ranked, 489 on the main stats page

Thanks Roof. But I still don't understand. Last night when I was 33. I looked up my name and under rating it said 33. Now I look up my name it say I am 1967. But when I go looking for my skill rating of 984. I am ranked 522. Which makes sense. Like I said I didn't play well at all rest of night. I got my butt kicked. By the way Pornstar why did you post samething 3 times? Also if you read my post I didn't say I was 33 at begining of week I was 33 LAST NIGHT. I didn't see how I could drop from 33 to 1600 something in just a few hrs. I know I played bad but dam...

I looked at your stats today. You are in 527th place, you have a 1.5 kill/death ratio, and you have about 400 kills. Why are you so low?
1. I looked at the kills that you got and most of the weapons you used had a skill modifier of less than 1.
2. you only have a 1.5 kill/death ratio
3. Who cares about stats? They don't mean nothing, I just like them cuz it's nice to keep track of your kills and stuff like that

Good Point avenger. I have been eng most of the week. So most of my kills are from Sg and Mg. I waas just curious why is all. Rank isn't that big of a deal just thought I was better than 1600. But I do love this server and won't play anywhere else. Also is anyone from the Ville going to do anything to those F1 punks. If so I would want in on it. That clan is a bunch of punks especially that Random guy.

You'll also notice that most of your kills were made on opponents that had more deaths than kills, which makes your climb up the ladder alot harder. For example, your stats would rise much faster if you killed the top 20 players as opposed to killing the bottom 20. That's just part of how the stats are calculated as well.
