Well after a wwek of vacation and i'm back and for the first time in 8 days I have touched a computer! I have a lot of reading to do and i am going to start my movie. If you are curious what my tripwas and where i went continue to the next section:
I left Wednesday the 7th and went to Las Vegas for 2 days and stayed at the Monte Carlo. It took 5 hours to drive there and when we (my family) got there, our car broke down on Las Vegas Blvd. In case you didn't know Las Vegas Blvd. is 8 to 10 lanes across. We barely got it to the hotel and got it parked but from there the valet couldn't move it, so it was taken to the nearest ford dealer. The Monte Carlo is a Old Greek-like theme and the room was tiny and very uncomfortable. Most of the time there, we spent walking down the strip and going into the other casinos. The temperature was 105F degrees. ( and i'm used about 85 Max, ooh do i love socal.) The problem with the car was the fuel pump.
It was fixed and we left Vegas for Zion and Bryce (in Utah). We spent a day at both areas and took lots of pictures. The hotels were somewhat nicer but i still didn't sleep well. These aras were so different from i was used to because: 1. 100F Degrees. 2, The tinyest cities i've ever seen.
We then went to the Grand Canyon for two days and stayed at the Grand Hotel, which was nice. The Grand Canyon was a big hole in the ground like I thought. I took a lot of pictures there, too. It was about 95F degrees there!
Then the last place was to Laughlin (on the Colorado River near the bttom of Nevada) We stayed at the Flamingo with nice king-size beds. There it was 115F degrees. Yes, 115!!! It was nice until I got food poisoning and i won't go from there, After the long night, we had to wait almost 2 hours to check out and get our car. We left at 12:45 pst and got home at 6:30pst(it's now 6:41pst. Im dedicated aren't I?) It was kinda funny though when I got home it was a nice 76F degrees. I knew I was home when I could see all of the L.A. smog from the freeway. LOL!
Time for some catching up to do and some ultimate gaming!!!
BTW, I missed all of you!!! _________________ <---- LinktoDeath-TPF-VS-
