I finally figured out what was causing the slow frame rate and the doors disappearing etc. I had and or have too many faces. Half-Life can only process 800 faces / sec. So if there are too many faces then wierd stuff starts to happen. So now I have to cut back on the faces. The 2nd level of roofs I got rid of. Theres only the first level now. Some of the walls im going to cut back on too.

Where did you find that out at? I have had similar issues and figured it was something along thise lines but never found anything that said that.
Also, what program are you using to map with?

I posted the question on Valve's TFC maping website, see link below. I am using WorldCraft 3.3 or something like that. 3.4 is out and is called Hammer. You can get it from Sierra / Valve's Half-Life SDK or you can just download it by typing it into a search engine.

I have updated the demo version of the map. I removed some of the boxes and ladders... I will have them in there don't worry. But I just wanted for everyone who couldn't get their version working to work. Its the same link as before. READ THE "README!!!!" It will help. I added 2 walls in the red base and the blue base. There is a way that you can open them. You have to guess it, however.

Well its not a virus. I can tell you that . I don't know why its not working. It works for some and not others . I will figure this out last since it is probably the biggest prob.

I'll make another 2 room map and see if you guys can run it. Maybe its a problem with the compiler.
