Well you guys are one of my best group of friends so I thought i could share. I just met my dad for the first time in 16yrs.
You know the family divorce when you are young and dumb and get married and have kids to young theory.
Just never let family go no matter how long..
I realized I am a lot like my dad lol ( he is banned from a lot of cs rooms). Damn programmers lol

My father passed on a few years ago and I do miss him. My father was my best friend. One of the things he thought me was "Friends will come and go, but family will always be there". I'm glad you had the opportunity to finally meet yours. Now you have the ability to talk to each other as adults which is great. I'm happy for ya DK.

I'm glad it worked out between you and your father.
I haven't seen mine in 9 years, and i'm gad about it. He always beated the crap out of me and my brothers and sister. If i would walk into him now i would probably beat the crap out of him!!!!!!!
I'm gad everything is alwright with yours.
