This is for all you complainers about people who hide behind the lines. I suck at engy. It's nearly impossible NOT to do well as an engy or even a sniper.
As an engy with the mod you can
-Build a SG
-Build a dispenser
-Build the special
-Throw emps/nades
-Use shotgun
That's a lot of "easy ways" to kill someone in game. Four of the five would cause just about an insta death. The shotgun is 1-4 shots.
As a sniper you have no fear of spies if any tesla coils are built. Once you don't have to fear spies getting to you...you can get your ez-chair and pop everyone in sight. Even some of the more advanced players would struggle against this. So is it any surprise that the sniper/engy combo has gotten more lethal in rankings? I'm not. I find it to be a challenge myself to get to them. However, discuss this here.

FYI.. The skill rating for the SG will drop to .50 instead of the current .75 next week.

Should Sniper rifle also be at (.50), Since head shot is (1.00)? If you are good and get head shots you get a nice score.

I agree with frag, but there is somethign u should know amigo. They're working on getting rid of the glitched that let mgs detect spies and that keep them up after a round has passed. Just my two cents. (BTW I think the flames skill should be 1.1, pyros never get any credit ) |

When they get the spy detection glitch fixed, I may start playing the NEO mod but for now I don't have much fun. As with most spies, nothing better than stabbing snipers, blowing up guns, and abusing a regular when they fall asleep. With the glitch, spies are pretty useless except for creating coils.
Pyronator III would also like to see Pyro's get a little more credit. It's a lot of work frying someone to death and staying alive.. expecially when they run into respawn to avoid you(snipers!!).
Excuse me, but you may want to have that Burning sensation checked... |
