|
|
At long last the Demo Version of Potato's Map is available!
To download the map go to: http://www.freewebz.com/renagadesoldiers/downloads.html.
Just place it in your C:\Sierra\half-Life\TFC\Maps folder and your done! I haven't added any flag or anything since this is a demo version. You can try it out on your own comp, or maybe someone will be nice enough to add it to a ville server . Either is fine with me. Tell me what you think, I know that there are some wierd things in the map. I have to fix these errors (there are few as far as I know), add a sky and add a flag/command point(s)/key.
Tell Poato what you think! Potato must know inorder to make the map better!
Thanks,

AllocBlock: full
Everytime I try and run it, I get the above error. Yes, I can run other maps, so it's not my game or anything.
Sorry to say potato, but I think you got a little more to work out besides the sky and flag _________________

For the slow dling it is because of my webhost. They really suck with dls. For the errors my friend doesn't get it when he runs it. It might be that not all the parts of the file are there, I don't know. For the vanishing obsticles I have no idea why this occurs. It happens with me aswell. I am probably going to redo those obsticles.
I will try to fix most of the problems that occur. I will have an updated version asap.

I played it and it looks just great. The only problem i had was that the doors and all the other stuff diapeared into nothing until you walk into them.
For the rest the map look great, i can't wait to play it.

I think its the entities that I assign to the doors etc. I might add respawn lazers instead of the doors. I don't really know. It would be better for keeping unwanted visitors out. I will make a demo version with these maybe.
