Ktulu, I seriously think your ideas about the porn are excellent. I mean, we need a lot more porn here. And beer? mmmmmmm beeeeeeeeer.

Many people have voiced their opinions about this subject in extreme detail. Throughout the entire time, it has stayed civil. Kudos Villuns! That's how you voice your opinions! Excellent.

My vote still stands at a maybe or a no. This is all depending on how it it finalized. If it looks good to me I have np with giving my donation to the Ville.

I support the concept, but I just hope the planing gets really thought out to the minute detail. This way nothing would go wrong. I also am concerned with some of the perks, like the reserved spot. That to me does seem like paying to play. If we were to spread out and not just clump to one server, we wouldn't have a problem with the server being full.

I am only 15 but i would do anything for this site and players and server. i would even sell a kidney... well maybe not that but i would rather give like 120 at the beginning of the year instead of 10 a month. i understand this is just an idea but please tell me what i can do to keep the ville the best place for tf.

There has been some talk about this between Ktulu and I for the last couple of months, and there was never any need to bring it up until now. The "tenative" plan is to move the web site to a remote host. The hosting plan we need runs $70 a month. Which in turn is $840 a year. The current line the server is on is temporary. We can't leave it here forever. It's just till we find another option.

When this happens, this will free up the web server to be a game server somewhere. Also, depending on how many users sign up, will determine how many more servers we may rent.

Most likely, there will be different packages you can get. Hopefully anywhere from $5 a month to $15 a month. The specifics of how much and what you'll get isn't exactly worked out yet.

The money will most likely be collected through either Paypal or a 3rd party credit card service, or both. I can understand why you would be nervous sending money to a stanger. I held a "fundraiser" for the webserver almost a year ago. I collected somewhere around $350, every single dime went toward the hardware for the server. We're not out to make a profit, we're just want to offer you the best.

I can also assure you The Ville isn't going anywhere. You don't have to worry about it shutting down. It's been here for 2 years, and hopefully many more to come.

but I would if i could have some money I wouldn't mind haven a job to help pay for this stuff, but my Mom siad no job for me till I'm 17 (15 now

) plus i can't drive till I'm 18

but I do not mind that much:)
