Nanite! How dare you take my line! That's ok lol I retired it anyway.

WD! You want some help eh? Well! I can help you with one character in particular! You want to learn what TPF is all about? Here are some helper pages I created with the help of many Villuns! Enjo and I hope they help you learn the art of the engineer!

Engineering101

SentryGuns101

Dispensers101

These are some very basic tools to help you out. It's enough info to get you started on the engineering path. I am still working on the advanced section. It will have all the cool advanced tricks of the engy trade.

Always remember Team Play First. Play for your team before anything else. After that, it's all about fun. You remember those two things and you'll be just fine. Have fun and welcome to TheVille you hoser!

WD, what class do you play as?

For every class in TFC there are bound to be multiple regulars here who play that class often and would be willing to help and offer some tips to help you improve (except the mean ones ).

but i think he told me he wonts to try n be a scout

he hasent played it properly yet so i think when he does he'll change his mind on that -- hehehhe

I don't know if this will help you choose a class to begin learning. But maybe start off as playing random. This way you will cycle through and see what classes you have a predisposition to.

Every n00b should start off as a fatty. You can learn the maps, it's easy to shoot everything but a pyro flaming you in a circle. You take tons of damage.

The downside you ask? You can't get out of the way of AG's and Raph's spam.

Errrrrr Wait just a dog gone minute!

. . ok, please forgive me WD for taking this thread off topic for just a sec. . . If WD doesn't have the game. . . I can only assume he has been playing it at your house. . .then I can assume that he lives close to you. . . now, since he is thinking of purchasing the game, I can also assume that he owns a computer. . . .I can also assume that I assume too much. . but that's beside the point. . .or is it?. . .hmm. . that would be an assumption.

Where am I going with this?. .. oh yeah! Weren't you two just arguing (chatting) back and forth in your sorry for the spam thread? Is he not close enough for a phone call? I would have just called him up and said, "Filth flarin Filthy McNasty!". Ok that's all. I just caught that and my mind wondered. . .

It is now safe to resume this thread. Nothing to see here. . .keep moving. .thank you and goodnight. #Beer
Now resuming topic. . . .. . .

Here are some good SG spots for Avanti!

You can add me to the list of engies and also to the list of demomen.

thanks highly for the information now i know what to look for in the map warpath hehehehe...

now as for Krg nice off topic point there and then back into the tread!! that leaves me wondering myself will a new person start off using his friends computer more then likely *Yes*?? will he or she ever get his or her own soon so that you can get back normally to the crowd (off topic for Gala)

now back to the level of the tread.. don't stick to close to a pro when gaming or learning to cap flags you and the person helping you dies faster and they sometimes end up making there own team members angry for a team kill which is very sad

so many villuns to name and the skills they play i only named a few but there is many great hwguys, scouts, crowbar ones and demo or snipers etc out there i just call them all my fellow brothens or villuns!!! and it fits them all very well

Hehe ...you will never learn! (jk, just remember the HW tip about standing with your back against the wall; then I cant run around you in a full circle or whatever unpredictable pattern i decide to confuse you with and increases your chance of survival about 25%)

And hey, Scout is good! If you like capping and dont mind dying that much; i mean, look at Veilside; scouts like him outrun./outconc and cap like no other!

1. Read the manual
2. Turn up sensitivity to about middle in advanced controls
3. Go to avanti (TheVille.org V)
4. Choose HWGuy
5. Learn to aim, learn the map, learn to prime grenades
6. Go to another class if you want, maybe spy since it's the second easiest class on avanti.

*****allow about 1-2 years for experience*****

7. Have ub3r l337 $ki||z like meh. (not)
