It appears that Secret Agent 29's mission has been successful!!

*Bravo - Usage level is restricted to only secret and/or classified information. Mayhem advantages can be used by all personel at The Ville
Do not disclose any Mayhem secrets to non-informed personal, and do not mess up the Mayhem process as to give away Mayhem secrets. Any violater will have to deal with Twisted's Goat.
