OK... this is what you have to do...

Put it somewhere on your puter so it is easy to find... desktop is always good. Go into the profile link above.... Make sure you enter your password when your profile comes up. You only enter it once. Read what it says there. Then, scroll to the bottom and use the upload feature there... then hit update or accept or whatever the heck it says.
