BUT OMFG HE'S TRYING TO DIVIDE THE VILLE, so i'll stop there.

I believe its stuff like this that frag is referring to as useless and unneccessary and creates more harm then good. There are ways to express your opinion and this just isnt a constructive way to do it.

JR

You need to take care of what is bugging you. I KNOW that your goal right now is to see how much we'll put up with until we boot you from the forums. The fact that you got the highest vote in TVB for membership says either you changed or you snowed everyone. Just because you are miserable does not give you a free pass to drag everyone else you know down with you. It's almost like this validates something. All your problems at the Ville YOU created and brought upon YOURSELF, no one picked you out of the crowd.

PS: Yes, you did a very good job at dividing the Ville.

Anyhoo

Jr as much as I like you and have stuck up for you I just dont know what to say to you now. Im sorry your time at the Ville has passed. Im going to miss you.

Quote:
alot of peole had a problem with the complaint about Bada post being locked, they feel it was swept under a rug. I for one have no opinion on this. I have no problems with Bada. NONE WHATSOEVER, but if this is going to be resolved then I guess the problem needed to be stated.

Well that one is on me.
I felt everyone involved had posted and it is prefered that this is handled in a PM. Not to cover it up but to give the admin or anyone in question a chance to explain themselves. Hopefully after a round of pms the problem can be resolved. If you do not feel it is resolved than post it.
I did revue the logs as I and other admins revue all the logs when there is a complaint against anyone.
There was no reason at that time to take any actions. If there was the general population might not hear the outcry in the admin section but they would get an apology posted. This is not to say CycoMom did not feel slighted. I do owe her an apology because after I was done and formed an opinion I forgot to inform her. So if anyone has a problem with that thread in itself its her. Mom I will talk to you about it.

Locking threads is not fun. I try to let the parties post their feelings. I then will lock it to stop (and you and I all do it) the beating it into the dirt posting.

If any of you have a problem relating to a thread after it is locked please feel free to pM me I'll listen, if you can convince me it is revelent or helpful I'll most likely open if back up for you. I try to state that at the ending of the thread as I lock it. I will add it as a set statement from now on.

Give us a break, we try to keep things clean and nice around here. we all want everyone to have a great time and grow and learn. We make mistakes and sometimes we even get it right.

If you have a problem with me or have an issue PM me let me know your thoughts. I cant read your minds! If I can do "anything", I can see both sides of a coin. Ill give you my reasons and I'll listen to yours. Im never to big to adjust my views when presented with new facts. Being fair and even means you have to judge against yourself sometimes.

I hope that this will again become peaceful. I hate drama. Period. I'm friends with everyone, here or not here, well almost anyone but to those I'm not friends with you dont' even know it so I guess it isnt' a problem. Any who Sodum, Roof, Frag, Bada, Tor, I hope that we can all atleast agree to disagree.

Sodum I hope that your banning isn't permanent. Your a excellent player and a friend. I hope that you will be able to return. I seriously hope that someone who's been around here as long as you can work things out atleast enough to have your ban lifted.

Some recent JR quotes:
Quote:
It's a bloody tyranny, and i don't think that's right.

Quote:
I heard he [JR] was struck by lightening and killed. Kinda ironic. Death always is i suppose.

Please, just leave the "bloody tyranny" quietly. Your craving for attention is pathetic. Your immature response to this will be proof.

If you could say what would actually make you happy, I might want to hear it. Otherwise, cut the bitchin.

A little refresher from back in May:

BR:
Quote:
I must say that recently there has been more and more shall I say suggestive language used here at the ville...

Blitz:
Quote:
Hey, if the "sensitive" ears get mad hearing it, they shouldn't be playing anyways, I mean little kids that parents are care bears are like that

JR:
Quote:
I am not a sensitive person.

However. I respect my fellow players. Why? Because. Any less would not only be breaking a Ville rule, it'd be immature as well.

Blitz:
Quote:
Hey, lifes not all fun and games, and their are worse people out there then little ol' me, so im doing u a favor my children, teaching you the ways of life

JR:
Quote:
No. No you arn't. I've dealt with worse people than you. I deal with them during my work time/ambient Freetime. I should nothave too deal with them during my time that i've set aside to have fun in. That means TFC, that means trips to the mall, that means whatever.

Blitz:
Quote:
why would u care if someone is doing that on TFC? i mean its just words, i hardly listen to people myself just deal with it, its about half an inch of words on your moniter

JR:
Quote:
You just don't get it do you.

Whatever. I'm removing myself from the arguement. I've already put up a formal ban request.

You are taking "my time that i've set aside to have fun in".
Why shouldn't the same be done to you ?

Oh well.

A lot of this is just walking into the street and punching the first person you see. A lot of you are now starting/continuing arguments for the sake of it.
Go find another activity to take up some of your spare time. Maybe if some of you set something up for yourselves, some sort of a club, be it a simple school chess-club, or a weekend market stall (2 crap examples), anything.
Well... I get enough by being in charge of a shop 4/5 evenings a week. From dealing with certain customers ranging from awkward to potentially violent, to ensuring my assistant doesn't take advantage of my youthful freshness by taking over-lengthly breaks/too many toilet breaks.
Being in charge - it's a new experience every day. And it helps me to empathise with the admins around here, and the job they have to do. I also realise that it's difficult to put the foot down without feeling some sort of guilt about it, so perhaps some of you should not assume that being an admin here would be a breeze. I hate putting my foot down, but I do so when it's necessary. Maybe some of you would benefit from taking a responsibility.
And if any of you, who are knowingly being awkward around here, already have a significant home/work responsibility, then I'd be disappointed to hear so, as you should know better than to allow all this controversy to take place.

I completely agree. [RS] defiantly supports theville in all of their decisions. To all of those who go into other forums and say "come to our server". I found that I was appalled that players were doing this. It is a bad reflection to other players of what theville really is to new players. If the admin feel that they have the right to ban a player, well they obviously thought that it was necessary. Sure there are crooked admins out there. There is corruption in every organisation (not that I’m saying that there is in theville). But all of the admins usually agree with the banning of a certain player before he / she or they cause a problem. I know this from [RS].

To all of those clans out there who are trying to get members from theville's forums I have but one question. Do you see [RS] doing this kind of action to gain players for our clan? No, that is because it isn't politically correct to go into someone else's forums and say "this server suxs, come to ours it will be better." You do this only on the server and then it should just be for recruiting players. It would be like someone from [RS] coming into your clan's forum and saying the same thing. I am betting that you wouldn't like it to happen to you. So do not do it to other people .

The admin's decisions are theirs to live up to. If they made a bad decision then they will have to pay for it. It is their job, not yours. After all admin have to monitor the players in a game while they are playing. All that you have to do is just play. Who gets the short end of the stick, you or the admins?
