Man, that seems very bad. The local hospital looked at the same x-ray with the break in it? They didn't even see it? That is really bad. I hope that everything goes ok with the surgery and he gets well soon. _________________ I need to make a sig, but I don't have the time. Maybe I will eventually. |

The same thing happened with my mom bobbins. She was puking and the doctor thought that she had the flu. So he sent her home. She kept on puking and then she couldn't hear out of her ears... She went back down to the hospital. This was christmas day by the way. The doctor said that something was very wrong. At first they thought that she had a brain tumor but a CAT scan showed nothing... She has a unique disease that was diagnosed a few years ago. The disease is when she has germs in her body, as usual her body kills the germs with white blood cells. But her white blood cells also think that some of her body is a germ too so they start to kill the body cells. As it turns out she got an ear infection aout a year earlier. Her body attacked and killed the ear infection, but it also started to think that her ear was also part of the infection. So her body started to attack her ear. It moves over to the other side and started there too.
Basically she was walking around for a year with her body eating her ears out causing her to be heart of hearing in her ears... All because a stupid doctor didn't think to look at her medical profile.
Geez doctors never take the time now a days. Sorry about placing this in your thread bobbins, but your doctors' mistake and mine are kinda similar.
Anyway, it just another screw story in the book of Potato's life.

i'm really sorry bobins, your right tho your cousin will only get better, the pain will only decrease. Soon he will be very active and feel great, all my good wishes to your cousin, Darren, good luck bobins. i'm sure he has many sleepless nights with the pain, a broke arm kept me up two nights in a row, and the doc. says there is only 2% that has broke arms that never straightens ther arm fully, and what do you know i'm in that 2% thanks to the shotty doctor my arm will never be able to straighten out fully,anyways......good luck bobins and hope to see you active again.
Darren is in my prayers. _________________
