right i was reading the thread stared by hoax which has the dancing demo's in it -- they worked fine for me -- but I've d/led the other one memory-hydro -- but when i unzip one of the files included in the d/l it gets unzipped as a windows media file -- when i try to play it, it doesn't play the demo it just plays the music -- so i also tryed placing it into the tfc directory like the dancing demos and i tryed to play it via console and it gave me a message saying it couldn't open the file in question

any ideas -- cos the demo is 50MB+ and it took me forever to d/l it on my 56K connection -- and i don't wont all that online time to of been wasted

The file you downloaded is not a demo (*.dem) file but instead a movie (*.avi) file. To get it to play properly you need to download the latest Divx codec. Go to http://www.divx.com to find it. BTW, I like the demo stuff outta this movie.

thx tor -- i didnt think it was a demo cos when i unzipped it it was in real player format -- but im d/ling the divx pro free version now

not another dam download -- when will i ever get to watch this

wow thas nutts -- im glad i d/led it now -- all 50+MB of it -- and on a 56K -- took forever but its well worth it
