I wasn't sober when I did this.

ok you get the jist. Problem is that I started messing with admin mod. I d/l it, ran the install program and then deleted it. Well apperently not b/c now when I try to make a LAN game I get a message telling me that my name is reserved.....

You should have a file called adminpass.cfg in your tfc directory. Before you start a lan you will need to execute it (aka exec adminpass.cfg). If you don't have the file you will need to do: setinfo "_pw-home" "yourpass" (I think it is defaulted to _pw-home now for security reasons, if that doesn't work it might still be just pw-home.

Ok LAN game working now. However FoxBots went poof... no idea why. Don't think I changed anything in there. And no addbot didn't work.

Also the letters on my screen only during a lan game look like they are in black blocks... Outlined in black. Something like that.

Look to see if the foxbots entry is still in metamod.ini
