majority of countries drive on left.
usa drives on right.
therefore, they are 'wrong'.

sorry, sorry, I couldn't help it...

here in Belgium we need to be 18 years old to drive.
And it's the UK who drives to the wrong side of the road.
The UK is one of the only country's were they ride at the left side, SO........

I may begin drivind in a short while, can't wait to begin. I will finally be able to leave my bike in the garage. #Rofl

And guys in Germany there is indeed no speed limit on several highways, but on the most of them the limit is 130kph.

So if you ever go to germany watch out before you go driving faster, cause if the police cqtches you there its paying a fine and if you don't pay it immidiatly you may leave yourr car there and do the rest at foot!!!!!!!!!!

So watch out.

Passed my test with 4 minors in the UK - was almost lowest in my year at school til someone got 3 in the last week of school (which sucked).

As for the left-side, right-side thing - makes no difference really.
I prefer the Uk system because steering wheels are on right side - majority of people are right handed so it makes sense that the main arm/hand controling the car is the right one - while left does stick shift.

(On that topic - who prefers stick shifts and who prefers automatics? I'm a stick-shift person - gives more control IMHO)

<--- has never driven an automatic.
Cyprus, Australia and India all drive on the left, I believe. Not exactly a large chunk of the world, but don't you start!

Bah... can you believe I failed my theory test first time?! 29/35 I got. D'oh! Of course, in my day it was the written test we had to do...
2nd time I got full marks. Fzz!

as soon as your dun -- you walk into this adjacent room -- your score gets printed out -- n if you get 30+ then you've passed

Stick shift is fun dude. My car is stick sheft but it isn't all raced out NE wayz bob, get some glasses to go with that G ride man. It'll attract some fly hunnies. Get some beat, and some switches too, LoL. Just kidding about the switches. Right on man, I remember when my bro taught me how to drive. It was a honda civic, stick shift. Good stuff. Then I was all excited to drive everywhere, then it got to a point where my parents asked me to bring them to the store, parties, picnics and etc. LoL. But when I went out with my buddies we were all screaming out of the windows! Good stuff. My friends would ask me, dude you got your permit, sick! Pick me up man lets go out, LoL. I used to drive with a permit man, crazy. We used to pack the car with 8 heads when the car can only hold 5. But the girls would be in the passengers side no doubt. NE wayz, this experience will be fun. Enjoy it and remember, don't drink and drive and always, always put on your seat belt Soz to nag dude but I had some buddies crash not wearing their seat belts. In addition, paleez don't grab your chin while you drive. Don't know if they do that in the UK, but in America it's a wierd look. One hand grabbing the chin, the other hand on the wheel. LoL. And try not to recline your chair all the way back to where u eye's barley pass the dash board. LoL. Good stuff.
