Finally got my computer running fine

I am now able to enjoy a good game of TFC, I have fixed all sound and video problems. My sound problem had nothing to do with the video card or the sound card. It was a setting for the motherboard that wasn't set correctly by windows and I needed to download the via chipset PCI latency patch(not made by via).
