Alright, this is a little weird.

I type in the I.P ( numbers ) and it comes up with a Half-Life Deahtmatch Custom Map server, so I typ in tv5.theville.org, and the server ( Insufficient Light ) comes back up again. So I'm all out of ideas. Any suggestions?

You need to use the port number 27016 instead of 27015.
