h4x? or genuine update

well i got a new auto-DLed "update" for XP, and i was wondering if anyone else with an AMD k7 got it as well...there is nothing describing it which is kidna wierd so i was wondering if htis is a real update or something bad... its this...

I do believe I turned off my AutoUpdate feature. It was hogging my precious resources. I have a k7, but I dunno. I installed one of the first autoupdates, and I had to reinstall. NOT FUN.

I say, if it works, don't fix it, thank you very much.

If something of mine breaks, I will visit the MS site myself.
