RTS/FPS game suggestions

So, in an attempt to get the heck away from TFC for a while I find myself looking for new games to play. The only type i'm into are FPS, or TPS(Third person shooter, etc), Real time strategey and Personal horror games (resident evil, alone in the dark). Does anyone out there have any suggestions on games i should try? Thanks in advance.

Classics are still good.

Metal Gear Solid (PC)
Dino Crisis (I guess)
Jedi Outcast II (I dont like starwars i just like the lightsaber thingy)

If you can wait a bit-

GTA 3 (Hey, it is a 3rd person shooter for me. And sometimes 1st.)
Metal Gear Solid 2 (PC)
WarCraft 3 (July 3rd but it is more stradegy)

Hey....no bagging on the classics.

If you're into huge amounts of gore and being creeped out

Alien versus Predator 2 is the game for you. Just make sure you have lots of memory cause it's a beast of a game.

i looked it up and you may get the occasional brochure if your between 16-28 but the game is for propaganda, trying to make the army look good.
