Respawn in Avanti

Hey, could someone list me the respawn areas at each point? Cuz as a pyro i go crazy and flame all over the place and sometimes i run into an area that i am told is designated as "respawn area" (sorry if ive caused major trouble or anything) but can someone list me the area of respawn-point of capture locations? or is it somewhere on this site?

Oh, and also; is it ok to follow a sniper into a respawn? i mean...if they are just camped there next to the respawn area shooting, arent u allowd to go for them (just the sniper only, nothign else)?

if a sniper is hanging around his re-spawn and shooting your ppl -- while running back for bags if he gets low on health or anything then i think your allowed to go into their re-spawn to get the sniper -- but u might wont to check this with an admin first.

The lag that I get hit with when I play Avanti keep me from playing much Avanti lately anyway.
