Help!!

Hey guys! I am having a serious problem with TFC.... When I play it always lags when i use arrows and move mouse around... My ping is good (below 90's and 80's) and my fps is 30. It was doing good until like a week ago it started doing this??.. I would really appreciate any suggestions!! Thanks!

Sounds like something within your machine. Maybe your graphics card getting ready to go. Another possibility might be RAM. I'm no expert but that's where I'd look first.

That happened to me once. Somehow I got switched from OpenGL to software mode. It caused the screen to skip and lag like you are describing. I changed it back to OpenGL and it fixed it. What resolution are you running at?

Try 800x600. See if it still does it. If it does, it just might be that your video card is dying a slow death.

Or, you might need to update your driver?

that happened to me becasue zonealarm was runing and bogging it down HORRIBLY, though my ping and fps were fine..i would jeut jerk around and have no aim and run into walls..took me months to figure out what it was too...yeck
