And I would be happy to help with all of your Lotus Notes, Virtual private networking and IBM OS/390 Mainframe operating system questions. as you guys could probably think up more intelligent questions then the people I work with do. *sigh* us tech support people are grossly underrated.

I can handle XP, just not when it puts 2 copies of everything on my desktop.... I still have no idea why that's happening. |

Well, it looks like people like the idea of having a separate forum for general tech support guestions. Now I guess all we need is to get the higher authorities to ok this. If we don't get any response from them, I will take it as they don't want the forum, since this is at least the second push to get one.

I know what you mean by this. I don't even know how many people who actually know what I am talking about when I ask for help. This is one reason why I think by putting all of the posts of this manner together, more people who know what people are talking about will also look there and help those out in need.
