I have these two questions elsewhere, but on one is answering them and since frag said he will answer questons.

1. What does the in and out on net_graph 3 mean?
2. Is it bad to have an in in net_graph 3 that is at least 10 times higher than the out?
3. What is Universay AGP?
4. Are the Geforce4 Ti 4200 cards Universal AGP?
5. Which is better the Radeon 8500 LE or the Geforce4 Ti 4200(include price in this question)?
