Hi everyone! Me and a friend were discussing once about all the crazy unrealistic stuff that happens in TFC; of course even with its unrealism, its gameplay is only enhanced since it is a way to get out of the realistic gaming worlds of 1st person shooters elsewhere (eg DoD)

Anywayz we got really bored and started to make a humurous list that helps describe the "realism" lvl of the the insane world of TFC, feel free to add to the list:

Here it goes...
Welcome to the World of TFC where:

-No matter how you throw a grenade, it always comes out/bounces around upright

-People use grenades to jump

-You (soldier) can shoot EXPLOSIVE rockets at your feet 3 times before you sustain a serious injury

-A person (spy) can dawn a costume disguise and can reasonably throw grenades without taking it off, but for some strange reason, cannot handle the urge to take it off when shooting someone

-You (medic) can cure cancer or other chronic diseases, drug sideffects, head concussions with the touch of a button and just as easily spread it.

-You (sniper) can pump up you sniperrifle while the diameter of your laser sight AMAZINGLY expands (HOW!)! And just as easily shove something into it and it changes from a bolt/pump rifle into a machine gun!

-A person (HW) can put his AC (which is like the same size as him) away and it disappears when he switches weapons! (where does it go? in himself?)

That's all i can think of for now....Keep them coming!

Engies can build massive machine gun rocket shooting guns by just beating a piece of metal with a wrench.

Engineers can make a sentry gun in less then 5 seconds and magically upgrade it by hitting it

Engineers can give armor to people by hitting them

Engineers can hit themselves with 8 or more emps and not die, yet they can kill others in 1 hit

Spys always have enemy disguises of every class at hand, including name tags with their opponents names on them

Infections on your teammates spread like small pox on to other teammates

You will almost always find more ribs in an exploded person's gibs then all of the other bones added together. You can even sometimes find 3 skulls

You can make more gibs than can fit in a body, if you turn cl_gibcount to 999999.

You can zoom in without a scope, if you put fov at 10

Soldiers can hit themselves with a rocket 6 times before dying.

Fires on the floor from napalm push you upwards.

But all of this non-realism makes it more fun. Why would you want to play a game that's so real that it happens in real life?

last friday at work, there was a group of us leaving for lunch and as we were walking out the front door...i was thinking to myself, "man, we all should really spread out or else an engy will easily take us out."

then i decided to refrain from tellin my non-TFC playin' friends for they will surely put me into a mental hospital.....but as long as they have a fast comp and fast connection then ill be okay.
