I know of 2 tips that can help you engies out with your sgs.(some of you engies might already know this, but from what i see, some dont).

1)Keep your sg turned AWAY from gate until theres 5-10 secs left. You save a lot of ammo if you do.

2)If a sniper is aiming at your sg, then there are two solutions:
a)build a dispenser infront of your sg.
b)take a hit for the team!

Once again most engies know this, but some don't.

Errr the dispenser will be infront of the sg firing.

but the snipe'll hit the disp rather than the sg...and then he'll be dead!
