The scout is the hardest, you have to kow how to be an excellent concer. This is a very hard skill to learn. Espcially when you gotta be fast. You can't do that "lay the conc down and wait for it to tick down" stuff. in well, as a scout, I prime a conc as I am running outta the spawn, let it count down as I am running outside. When im out, less than a second later you turn around, let it go, fly thought ther air, use the limited air control (hard to do with the air im talking about) to land in the enemy water, pop out, charge into thier base. Thats it, in less than 5 secs, i am in the enemy base. To be a good scout, you gotta be THAT FAST. When anyone else can get to the enemy base in well in 5 seconds, tell me. THEN you are a good scout. But that is only part of it. You gotta know how to duck and weave to avoid fire. You have to be able to avoid pyro rockets at point blank. You have to know when to use what weapon. There is no time for slacking as a scout, because if you stop, you die. Then there is the fact that you have to contend with the fact that you cat hurt a large fly, much less one with a AC. This isn't as hard as it seems, I have taken on every calss before and come out on top. Thats right, even a HWGuy has fallen once in a great while. Thats why a scout is the hardest to learn.

It comes down to preference, really. Personally, i find Spy to be one of the easier classes to master, but many will disagree, i'm sure. I also find HW to be a harder one. If you have a shoot everything style of play, HW or Solly will probably be easier to master. If you have a stealthy, secretive sort of play, you'll probably be better at Sniper or spy.

Just my $0.02.

That is the way I have been brought up in gaming, from contra to duke nukem (non 3d) to doom and the list goes on....

But some that really made me what i am today-
Metal Gear
Metal Gear Solid (1&2)
Cheetur-Strike (i wish they had pistols in tfc)
And yes, I even snipe and stealth in Quake 3 Areana
Unreal Tournament was a major let down, it was far too easy. I beat in the hardest mode without losing once.

Yea, Deus Ex, Thief, Thief two, and so on and so forth give you this thing about being intelligent, careful, and alert over skilled at dispensing the whoopin's. Therefore, i still suck at Solly, HW, Demo, whatever, but i -started- good at being a spy. Well. Decent anyway. When i'm not playing against people that spy check -everyone- out of caution.
