as long as its one of your favortie movie of all time, the special features are awesome(including widescreen format & audio encodings), and there are a lot of 'easter eggs' to be found in the movie....you can't go wrong. best buy and frys electronics seem to have the best, immediate purchase price, if you can wait a little longer then e-bay has some good prices as well.
go here for easter egg news...www.dvdeastereggs.com/easter_eggs.html
and go here for any kind of dvd info/rumors/news... www.thedigitalbits.com

Gladiator is good to try because you can utilize multiple screen angles in different segements of the movie. Assassin mentioned Goodfellas which I agree with wholeheartedly as a romantic wacking movie. Another excellent mob movie is Casino. |

Yeah Goodfellas rocks but how can anyone forget Godfather 2? Also Matrix is awesome on DVD and I particularly liked X-Men on DVD because you could watch the movie with the deleted scenes inserted. _________________

Matrix, Black Hawk Down, Blade 2, Scar Face, Saving Private Ryan and whatever floats your boat. Yeah, I got a DVD player on my computer too. I need to get some movies, too. What's "Battle Royale?" Can someone explain that one to me. Is it another ULtimate Fighting thing?

When it comes out I guess. Dayem 3G your getting taught by the master himself: Royce Gracie!!! My sister lives in Torrence as well, and she's one of those sporty type of chicks....ie ----/> Tomb Raider, hehe. I remember when I first watched Ultimate Fighting, man was it crazy. I learned that standing around and throwing punches is useless, because it is all about the grappling that finishes the job. I bet anyone that Mike Tyson, or any top boxer wouldn't last in the Ultimate Fighting days. Royce Gracie, Kem Shamarock, Tank Abbot, Dan Severign (spelling) and so many others would take all those boxers back to their training days. _________________ I like you---that's why I'm going to kill you last.

very true trigg...when UFC first came out back in 97 or 98..royce and his family were the top dawgs(they still are) because their opponents never thought about the fact that most 'street' brawls end up on the ground..about 80-90% of the time...and these guys are masters of movements on the ground...they always thought of it as chess...royce would know his opponents counter-move even before the opponent would...nowadays...the fighters cross-train in different styles...so that they are ready for any ground moves...but they will never be up to the standards of the gracies because they have been studying since they were wee-wittle-gracies.
-remember kimo?...that dude was deadly too. |

I think it was Keno. How can I not remember that foo, he had 2% body fat. I remember he had a huge tat. on his back and he was friggin' huge. Hehe, maybe that should be a line of some sort,"All brawls end up on the ground." _________________ I like you---that's why I'm going to kill you last.
