Frozen Flag

I was playing on server one last night (Avanti), and I couldn't figure out why my team didn't cap number 3. We had pretty good control of the point, but noone tried to bring the flag up. I decided to go look for it, but It wasn't anywhere to be found. I asked my team where it was and nobody knew. Finally someone found it being held by some llama in the first respawn. He was just sitting there and didn't respond to our prodding and goading. The next part was hilarious.

We got somebody from the other team to come in and kill him, but he was so far into the respawn that the person kept getting killed before he could get to him. Then we bot two soldiers to rocket jump him out of the respawn. Our first idea was to get him into the well below cap one so that he would drown, but we soon realized that as soon as he was out of the respawn the other team could kill him.

It was great fun watching him go flying every which way, but after dying a few times from mirror damage, the soldiers were able to get the hang of it and blast him in the right direction. Finally he flew out of the respawn, and a sniper came down through our lines and killed him. We got our teammates to cooperate so that he could get through. Now that we had the flag we went to cap 3, and realized that we hadn't even capped 2 yet!

It was friggin hilarious watching the guy with the flag, a medic, go flying around the respawn.

Now that is what I call teamwork.

Did you get the name of the flag holder? I would like to add him to the banned id file.

Was he doing it on purpose or was he locked up and didn't have the sense to exit the program? etc...

Who cares he was in the bottom of respawn when they were on cap 3.
It just goes to show you a team can do just about anything.

It seams like every time this happens it is a MEDIC and most of the time it some with the word [idiot] before his name as it it was a clan.
HMMMM a clan of flag holders veryyyy interesting, this could be a conspiracy!!!!
