There is not a single key on my keyboard that isn't bound.

I use the typing keys for movement direction

a,s,d,f- back,strafeleft,forward,straferight

The gernades are g,t,

depending on class the qwer keys do different things

Crouch and jump are b and space, easy to hit both at that the same time with the thumb.

z,x,c,v are medic,drop pack,depends on class,spray

I like this because I can go right to typing without moving my left hand from controls.

You guys are insane
WASD is the only way to go. If I did anything close to all these key and keypad ways, I'd have carpel tunnel syndrome in less then a week! If you're left handed, then I'll excuse that and say that yes, it would be easier to use the key pad and such. But you right handers are just plain weird to do that! Yah fuzzy brained bunnies!

Just because, here are mine...

e - forward
d - back
s - left strafe
f - right strafe
a - crouch
space - jump
g - primary grenade
r - secondary grenade
q - det dispenser
w - reload
x - drop pack
n - switch teams
b - switch class

mouse button 1 - primary attack
mouse button 2 - secondary attacks (pipe bombs, sniper zoom...)
mouse button 3 - neo command (mg builder)
mouse button 4 - neo command (airstrike...)

wheel - changes weapons on my mouse

I use a small pad to elevate my left hand which prevents my wrist from hurting. I use my left hand for most things, with my right controling the aiming and shooting. This way works well for me, as I can't move my keyboard around to use the number pad.

left out:

tab - show scores
shift - the in game menu (used to building sgs, spying...)
z - call for med

I've finally got my Nostromo pad drivers again, so I'm back to using that.

I've got most of the standard TFC image keys except the thumb hat is different a little, makes concing easier IMHO.

Other than that, when using the keyboard
WASD and mostly stock keys, with binds thrown in all over the place.

<-Fishy says, Got WASD?
