So how do ya play?

I use wasd space, x, z, shift, ctrl, tab as my main keys. My left hand is fairly tired after a few good rounds.

Using wasd or the arrow keys would be nice to know too. I use wasd.

i have a t-shirt with 'WASD' on the front....im sure most of you do too...but i wanted to be the first to say it in this thread

i use my 5 button mouse and my keypad with my left hand. i have to slide my keyboard over to the left...almost to the position where my hand would be if i used wasd. i just dont like using wasd...so i dont!

w00ty w00t, I use my arrow keys and a 4 button mouse with wheel and a ball (positioned for use by the thumb). Keyboard left, mouse right.

Arrow keys, delete and end for nades, shift/control jump duck
2 button mouse with wheel (need more buttons here)

I think you people are either brave or out of your minds to not be using wasd

Especially if del and end don't have nade priming scripts with them, I'd go nuts hitting all those keys!!!

Well, I use the small left button to throw nades and the small right button to hurl MIRVs. It is very handy to have that right on the mouse.

I know in CS everyone used wasd, so that's how I started maybe you guys who started playing tfc first have a different outlook on controls.

I use the arrows too. ctrl is crouch, shift is jump, enter is walk. KP 0 is primary nade, KP 1 is secondary nade. Ins, Home, PGUP, del, end, PGDN are my spy disguises...

mouse1 = fire
mouse2 = fire2
mouse3 = varies by class - reload, feign, ntf-pyro-rocket, hook
mouse scroll = change wep

ctrl = jump
shift = duck
/ = strafe right
. = strafe left
; = gren 1
' = gren 2

arrows = move

'nade priming scripts? I thought any scripts were no-nos?

I use the arrows (not in the keypad), CTRL, Shift, enter, del, end, pagedown, KP_INS, KP_END as my primary controls... I like having space around the keys so my clumsy hands can avoid dropping MIRVs by accident. (which I do anyway) I also use mouse for primary grenades and wheel for weapons.

Kinda "not professional", but who cares, I do well enough

I don't see anything wrong with nade priming scripts, all they do is free a finger. I'm wondering, how do you people change weapons? Nextinv and prevint? 12345 is a lot easier
