Thanks for the thought. I sometimes I can actually type faster than I can talk, so I should do pretty good in game. I will still try to tweak settings and try to prove Sierra and Valve wrong. If all else fails, I will bind keys to say some important things.

I have my voice button right by my movement keys so I can kill and blab at the same time Voice comm is a huge advantage for teamplay

Ok, I bought a new sound card and I will now be using voice on my 56k connection. In the game that I played on NJK's server, I only have about 200 ping time.

i think voice is brill

but not enough people are useing it - or they dont have the equipment

in some games it can be so quiet and im the only one trying to talk


i have had some of me own probs with voice though

i got a crap built in monitor mic which doensn't work too well but at the voice and mic setup it sounds ok but in game people say they cant hear me and its distorted-- i got all my mic settings and transmition settings at maz anyone got any tips exept buying a new mic -- cos i be doing that soon anyway.
