I used to work on a loading dock in college driving a forklift, and I saw a guy loading a trailer and his fork lift was half on the truck and half on the dock and the truck driver drove off while he was on it and the forklift fell 5 feet to the ground and landed on the back, If the guy wasnt wearing his seat belt he would have been dead easy. He got messed up pretty bad still and needless to say the truck driver got fired.

Only my CS is different, but my TFC is exactly the same. There is no differance at all. But I don't think anyone had problems with the CS Retail Upgrade though.

Taken from the Darwin Awards Site
I wonder if this guy was driving the forklift in question?
(11 March 2000, Perth, Australia) It just stands to reason, one should follow safe practices while filming a safety video. But Peter, the 52-year-old owner of a machinery and equipment training school, violated that rule of common sense while filming a forklift safety demonstration. With the cameras rolling, he was thrown from the cabin of his forklift and crushed. Subsequent investigation revealed the culprits responsible for the fatality: driver error and high speed over varied terrain, coupled with an unused seat belt. His final safety demonstration was the most convincing of his career.
