How do you talk while playing in The Ville servers?

I noticed that only some people can talk to everyone during game play. My mic works fine on other servers. How do I aquire the ability to talk?

In the configuration, bind a key to "team chat" I'm not sure what it is by default, i have mine bound to the forward slash key. Then you just hold this down everytime you say something

Are you sure you can't talk on the Ville servers? Next time you're in a game, ask your team if you can be heard, or at least see the speaker icon next to your name lighting up. Otherwise check your settings in the TFC launcher.

Type voice_loopback 1 in console to hear yourself. It's better to turn it on to make sure everyone hears you. The default to talk is the key "k".

P.S. if their is any admin guys browsing through this section can u plz respond -- even if its to say " of ocurse not u thick f**k " -- i don't mind what u leave as long as i know whether u can use voice to talk to the opposition as well as your own team
