I thought I read that one of The Ville servers was going to begin hosting 2fort, and only 2fort so people could bone up on it before The Ville Cup. Did I misread?

No I believe that it was supposed to be the grudge server although I havn't had the chance to check it out.

And which is the grudge server? Is it the same as the Private Server? And does it in fact have 2fort on it now?

You can use the private server. It is running 2fort now.
