what happened to casbah on ville 5, that was a really fun level. maybe we can keep rock 2 and instead of well have casbah

How about dump Rock2 and bring back Casbah instead. I hate having to leave the server when that crappy map comes on.

Oh yeah, on topic.... I do not like Casbah, but I do very much enjoy a nice cheese with a pleasant glass of wine.

When I'm on, I hate to say but I rarely see people from the forums playing... I personally love rock2. It is a very fun map to defend.

Rock2 is a bore but you can find some spots that need defending or attacking.
I would rather have Casbah, I can live with Rock2 though.

I like my cheese sharp and room temperature.
Thin sliced with crackers and some hot mustard and fresh or pickeled jalopeno slices.

How about dropping them all on one server and putting on a whole new set of maps up. vidar, genemo, dusk, wrath, creek you all know what I mean. I think this server would full continually.

Not sure if it was voted in, but I noticed two servers running Rock2, why not take it off one and put casbah on TV3?

I like those custom maps but last time one of the servers was running that it seemed like no one would hardly ever play. At least when I was looking.

I was playing on 3 the other night when rock2 came up and I ran around for 2 or 3 minutes and didnt see anyone. after I couldnt figure out what I needed to do I just up and left, I wasnt to impressed with it. There seems to be alot of interest in custom maps but the problem with them is people are too lazy to download them therefore no one gets on the server to play

Well, Rock2 isn't a custom map. It was on my original install, if I'm not mistaken. If I am mistaken, then its a hugely popular map because tons of servers have been playing it for a long time.

The object is to get into the enemy warden's office and steal the key. Get across the enemy prison courtyard and find the gas chamber and throw the switch while you still have the key. This releases the gas and anyone that doesn't get a protective suit or doesn't get underwater when the gas is released... dies. Even your teammates.

I like custom maps, but I think it is more difficult to run the servers with them. If we have to get rid of any Valve maps, I say ditch Epicenter. I hate being bounced back to respawn every couple of minutes.
